Susi Burtet

Susi Burtet is the founder and owner of The Wag Club, a professional dog groomer with specialised qualifications from both the UK and Brazil. Inspired by her Dachshund, Cacau, she created The Wag Club to offer exceptional care for every dog. With an animal first aid certification, she ensures the highest level of safety and care. Having received multiple awards from the UK grooming industry, she is committed to continually refining her skills to provide the best service for all dogs.

Lauren Roberts

Lauren is an experienced dog groomer with 8 years in the industry and qualifications from City & Guilds, iPET Network, and Animal Management. With extensive knowledge of coats and breeds, she has three dogs Oscar, Archie, and Magners. As an avid competitor at dog shows with Summer and Travis, Lauren brings the same dedication and precision to her grooming, always striving to deliver the best care with skill and patience.

I have a 3year old cavalier king charles and I was so happy with his cut, he is completed de-matted, de-shedded and smells an absolute dream. He came out with a cute little bandana & was so well looked after he didn't even notice me coming to collect him! I will be booking him in again for his next fur cut! Thanks so much

I can’t thank Susi enough for the wonderful grooms my dogs had today. My 2 year old Yorkie Bichon is very difficult to groom due to him being anxious.
